This job has different name or designation, but responsibilities are the same. In some hotel this position is called front desk clerk. The gusts make first interact with receptionist and he/she welcomes him in hotel. Receptionist updates about hotel services and reservation or room availability. Besides this there are some other responsibilities of the receptionist like attending phone calls and handle guests issues. Hotel housekeeping.

Hotel usually has different types of vehicles for guests pick and drops. Hotel driver usually pick guests from airport to hotel or drop to their desire destination during their stay in the hotel. This job needs skilled and qualified driver with valid driving license.

Hotel restaurant manager.

The restaurant manager takes care of entire restaurants and guests. He/she makes sure that guests are properly handles and greeted by hotel staff. The restaurant manager also hires staff for restaurant and provides relevant training to newly appointed staff. The restaurant usually equipped with degree in hotel management and two to three years’ experience.

Hotel manager.

Hotel manager is the man that is responsible for entire hotel issues. He/she oversees hotel tasks and maintaining budget for hotel development and other services. Hotel manager monitor all operations of the hotel and he hires and fires employee on the basis of their performances. Hotel manager make a good connection with entire hotel staff. This position needs professional degree in hotel management or business administration. Moreover, hotel manager must have good communication, computer skill and fantastic personality.
